Iced tea or hot tea for the holidays?

Iced tea or cold tea that is the question. I think I can have ice tea everyday of the year,  but hot tea makes me feel cozy and warm and safe. I want to know which you prefer. Is it hot or cold that makes you feel like it’s the season for Thanksgiving and the season of love?

So tell me your story and I’ll tell you mine of how hot tea brings the holidays to mind.

My fascination with hot tea started in Great Britain on a missionary trip to an Air Base in Little Stukeley. Every morning the air was crisp and cold and without my hot tea I would not have been able to get through the morning. The tea I drank was called English breakfast tea. Looking back I think it’s kind of funny, its like calling water, water. I was in England and it was breakfast and I was drinking tea. But on those cold mornings with the frost on the grass and the wind blowing through the trees nothing could take away the chill like a cup of hot tea.

Even now when I go to Starbucks I get an Awake tea latte and I daydream about the UK and how I would like to go there once again even if its just for tea.
